Firm Overview
Our Founder
David P. Ginzberg, earned his Bachelor of Science and Arts Degrees in Economics
and English from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctor from the
University of Miami School of Law. He has practiced law throughout Florida
since 1984.
As a student, David maintained a 3.9 grade point average and was awarded full
scholarships for preliminary undergraduate studies.
David gleaned valuable insight and experience while working with three well known
and highly respected Miami law firms. He interned at the law firm of
Laurence D. Faye in Coral Gables, concentrating in the areas of personal injury
and worker's compensation. At the law firm of Dunn & Cory David polished
his talents with personal injury and expanded his experience with criminal law,
bankruptcy, and family law. Commercial litigation and real estate
experience was gained through his work with the firm of Muri Wald Biondo
Matthews & Marino.
In October of 1989, David initiated his own practice so that ultimately he could
better serve the needs of his clientele throughout the State of Florida.

Our areas of concentration include Personal Injury &
Wrongful Death, Worker's
Compensation, Criminal Defense,
Traffic Violations,
Bankruptcy and Family Law, including
Dissolution
of Marriage, Paternity,
Child Custody and Adoption
matters.
Additionally, we provide
services in the areas of Civil Disputes,
Wills & Probate, Business &
Corporate Law, including aspects of Real Estate and
Insurance Law.
We provide help and legal services to our fellow Floridians statewide.
Our firm is qualified to practice before the Florida Civil and Criminal Courts
and the U.S. District Court, Southern District. We belong to the
Bankruptcy Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Palm Beach
County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Our
Future Goals
We are constantly expanding the scope and coverage of our services throughout
Florida to better serve our clients.
We plan to have a local office in each of Florida's 67 counties.
Subsequently, we are constantly recruiting the best legal professionals we can
find to staff our new locations.
